I was wondering if in the members, if there was a way, that you could make them "constituents/attendees" and perhaps "homebound." We wouldn't need it for the printed directory, necessarily, but just to have for our own information in front of us when we are looking through our member list. ( I know we could put this in the "notes" section or "additional details," ) but you have to click on "edit family" to see the notes and details. Is there a way, that what you write on the notes or extra details can also show with the family information when you are looking at the family details on the website? (and not necessarily show in the printed directory?)

Hey Ariana -

When viewing the directory as a member, the "Additional Details" field will show in the PDF and Mobile Apps but the "Notes" field will not.

When logged in as an admin, you would have to go to edit family to see this information.
